well,Jeff Thrasher with Thrasher Balls suggested the bag and swivel I bought because of the type of speed bag training im doing at 68 years young.i had other bags and swivels which I now see have been mediocre at best.the only thing im missing now is a good thick hardwood drum which makes a huge huge difference.good products👍
Re-learned after 10years off on the Medium size Meister SpeedKills Speedbag with the Meister U-swivel. Upgraded to the Thunderbolt SpeedKills Swivel and Small size Meister SpeedKills Speedbag after 4-5 months. Both set-ups are are perfect for what I needed. Without the intermediate set-up of the Medium bag and U-swivel, I never would off gained back what I lost in 10 years off, in only about 1 summer. Now after a few months on the advanced Thunderbolt Swivel & Small SpeedKills Speedbag, I am faster and more consistent than ever in my life! (10 years of Boxing..10 years off..7 months back. After 7 months back I'm better than I was at the end of my 1st 10 year run of Boxing on any speedbag you put me on.
