Tool-free thumbscrew brakes allow users to install the mount once on a structural beam while still quickly and easily moving the mount wherever it needs to be along the length of a beam. Store heavy bags at the edge of a space during cardio or sparring sessions, and quickly roll them into place when it’s time for bag work. The Heavy Bag Rolling Beam Mount glides along beams on custom turned nylon wheels, for a quiet and smooth ride.
During initial setup, users can easily customize the mount to fit their specific beam by removing the included spacers. This flexibility allows the mount to be rapidly modified to fit structural beams with a bottom flange width of 4” – 5.75”. Sandwiched between the 5mm thick steel side panels is a 6mm thick, custom mounting panel, with a generous 3/4” diameter hole to attach your mounting hardware. Held together with industrial-sized M18 bolts, this overbuilt mount can handle punching bags or other ceiling fixtures up to 250lb.
