Shock absorbing

When I received the spring it seemed to me too hard and rigid. After hanging up my heavy-bag (40kg) I realized that the spring is perfectly sized for this usage. It elongates and springs right, absorbing any vibrations. Strongly recommended!

Sturdy and can absorb the impact
I bought this for a 75 lb heavy bag, its very sturdy and does not stretch with the weight; when i hut the bag it does not move as much as before when i didn't have the spring; it seems to absorb some of the impact and the bag mount does not move as much now
Works well with 100lb bag
Works well with 100lb bag. I also have some weights and bungie connected to the bottom of my bag and this spring gets sprung with a hard hit. Im hoping itll prevent any damage to the ceiling
